7 spots left: A Weekend with the women who worked with Paul

January 2026

Reader.

Words are fascinating. What a word means to you might mean something entirely different to me!

When I was first thinking about the first-ever Illuminate weekend (Feb 27–March 1), I considered calling it an ‘intensive.’ But that sounded just a little bit too… intense.

Now, I admit, I am a wee bit intense. I like to think of myself as 'dark chocolate.' (In my opinion, milk belongs in my glass—not in my chocolate.)

But I realized ‘Immersion’ was the BETTER word.

What I mean by 'immersion' is “not learning and leaving”. It is immersing ourselves in the stories of these women and the Holy Spirit for a whole weekend. We will purposefully spend time after each session integrating that learning through reflection, giving space to the Holy Spirit, and engaging in intentional exploration of the content.

We are going to soak in what God wants us to know about these women and about us as we uncover our lives alongside their stories.

But the word that best describes the heart of this weekend is: WITH.

If you’ve been on my list for a while, you know I sign my emails

There is a reason for that. I once heard a youth pastor say he realized his youth didn’t want to be pastored to or for—they wanted to know he was WITH them.

That stuck with me because I never want to be someone who just researches and studies to you. Or just ‘for’ you. Honestly, it can only ever be with you, because I receive far more from the studies and this community than I give.

My prayer and intent is that this weekend is the embodiment of that.

  • We are studying WITH the Holy Spirit.
  • We are co-laboring WITH the women of Scripture (Priscilla, Phoebe, Junia, and more).
  • And we are doing it WITH each other.

What to Expect

The content for this weekend is based on what I shared at the Rainier View Christian Church Women’s retreat in October, but re-arranged and deepened.

  • If you were at that retreat, there will be different content. Priscilla!
  • If you weren't. I’ll never forget this one quote from that weekend.

The Logistics (Time Sensitive)

Because this is an intimate "Living Room" experience, I am capping it at 12 women so we can truly connect.

  • Current Status: 5 spots are taken. There are 7 spots left.
  • Registration Closes: Monday, February 2nd. (I need to close it then to plan our gluten-free friendly meals and order your materials!)

If you are ready for a weekend WITH...

...with clear teaching, quiet reflection, and a small group of women seeking depth...

I would love to save you a seat.

P.P.S. Looking ahead... The 2026 Illuminate Series, Born for Deliverance: The Women of Exodus, starts in just two weeks! We will be looking at the Hebrew word Ezer (your Bible might say 'helper' or 'helpmeet'). Keep an eye on your inbox—I'll be sending more details on that very soon.

February 2026 Reader. I am so excited to start Born for Deliverance: the Women of Exodus next week; hybrid via Zoom and in the Living Room. Just like with studies before, I feel like the image below. I'm in that little yellow boat on the surface, looking at the tip of the iceberg. I'm excited knowing there is so much to explore beneath the surface. And it’s going to be so beautiful! I do these studies in "real time," directed by what God leads me to and what I discover as I study. So as of...

January 2026 Insights Insights from the work: what clients are navigating, what I’m learning, and ways to keep growing. Reader, I have been feeling battered by the sheer volume of "January being January." You too? What you will find in this email: Why this Enneagram Three is saying "no" to a yearly goal. The List: Which "god" is stealing your time (based on your type)? Three Questions: To help you set your intention for 2026. An Invitation: A free 30-minute session to unpack your answers. The...
