Happening Monday · Free · Live only (not recorded)

If you're anything like me, you've had a wee case of the "email fatigue" - and yet, here I am with another email. BUT This Monday night—January 12—is our first Illuminate gathering of the year. In the Beginning. And it's in just 5 days!

This evening is a complimentary prelude to our upcoming Exodus Living Room series—but you do not need to be registered for Exodus to attend. It’s open to anyone in the Illuminate community.

In the Beginning is a guided check-in to start the year grounded in Genesis 1—who you are, what is good (tov), and where you want your attention to be in 2026. It offers space to reconnect, reflect, and intentionally name what you want to set your sights on as the year begins.

What to Expect

  • Guided teaching and reflection rooted in Genesis 1
  • Space to listen, notice, and name what you want to carry forward
  • Simple worksheets sent a few days in advance (no prep required)
  • Bring a journal and something to write with

This session will not be recorded, creating space for presence and honesty together

February 2026 Reader. I am so excited to start Born for Deliverance: the Women of Exodus next week; hybrid via Zoom and in the Living Room. Just like with studies before, I feel like the image below. I'm in that little yellow boat on the surface, looking at the tip of the iceberg. I'm excited knowing there is so much to explore beneath the surface. And it’s going to be so beautiful! I do these studies in "real time," directed by what God leads me to and what I discover as I study. So as of...

January 2026 Insights Insights from the work: what clients are navigating, what I’m learning, and ways to keep growing. Reader, I have been feeling battered by the sheer volume of "January being January." You too? What you will find in this email: Why this Enneagram Three is saying "no" to a yearly goal. The List: Which "god" is stealing your time (based on your type)? Three Questions: To help you set your intention for 2026. An Invitation: A free 30-minute session to unpack your answers. The...

January 2026 Reader. Words are fascinating. What a word means to you might mean something entirely different to me! When I was first thinking about the first-ever Illuminate weekend (Feb 27–March 1), I considered calling it an ‘intensive.’ But that sounded just a little bit too… intense. Now, I admit, I am a wee bit intense. I like to think of myself as 'dark chocolate.' (In my opinion, milk belongs in my glass—not in my chocolate.) But I realized ‘Immersion’ was the BETTER word. What I mean...
